On Time Agency and Insight Sports Advisors team up to serve retired athletes
“Talent representation firms On Time and Insight Sports Advisors are announcing a formal alliance between the two agencies. Atlanta-based On Time, founded by CEO and former NBAer Ramon Sessions in 2022, and L.A.-based ISA, founded by veteran sports agent and CEO Debbie Spander in 2021, will now co-represent clients together. Both agencies are remaining independent.-
-In total, On Time has 50 clients while ISA has 40 clients. However, both operate with a lean workforce. On Time has four league certified agents -- two in the NBA, one in the WNBA and another in the NFL -- while ISA has only two employees. Although she’s not NBPA certified, Spander is a formidable force in the talent representation industry dating back to her days at Wasserman. There, she helped former NBAer Brent Barry move into a front office role with the Spurs and later helped him sign onto his current role as an analyst for Amazon Prime Video’s NBA coverage. She also recently helped former NFLer Patrick Peterson become a co-host on SiriusXM NFL Radio.”
