What exactly does Insight Sports do for NIL athletes?
We help athletes and their families navigate the NIL landscape — securing brand deals, building personal brands, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring compliance with school and NCAA rules.
Do you only work with athletes at the college level?
No. We work with both high school and college athletes. We tailor our approach based on each athlete’s age, situation and goals.
How do NIL deals actually work?
Deals can range from social media promotions and brand partnerships to event appearances and merchandising. We handle the strategy, outreach, vetting, and negotiation to make sure it’s the right fit.
Does Insight cover training or other expenses?
While we occasionally support athletes with certain costs, we’re selective and strategic. Our focus is long-term growth and meaningful opportunities — not quick handouts.
Is there a cost to work with Insight?
We operate on a commission-based model for NIL deals we help secure. We don’t charge upfront fees, and we only succeed when our athletes do.
My child doesn’t like social media — can you still help?
